Come help start a fun, new, furry and feathery tradition here in old town Arlington. Pet business owners, pet owners, and pet enthusiasts will all be in attendance at this event. Come learn more about what types of dogs are in which breed groups, which dogs' breeds are "adopted," to see pets in silly costumes, and meet pet professionals and animal-related business owners local to Arlington before heading over to the Arlington Farmer's Market. The Pet Paw-rade is open to all ages. We only ask that an adult walks with children who are walking their pets in the parade, and that you remind those in your group to always ask before you pet someone else's dog, cat, pig, chicken, cow, or horse. Your animal is required to be on leash to attend, and we trust our community to make safe and educated decisions based on their animals behavior and comfort level at the parade. Please keep the safety of not only your pet, but others' pets in mind when you bring your fur baby on a walk surrounded by many other people and creatures.
